"You're Not Listening"

While researching, I discovered this helpful book about listening by Kate Murphy, "You're Not Listening: What You’re Missing and Why It Matters." In the book, she discusses "listening" as a building block of effective communication and why we cannot take it for granted.

When we practice thoughtful listening, we are more aware and gain another level of understanding to support and help others. This book is a relatable guide for improving listening skills.
