About

I am The Thoughtful Listener — and for as long as I can remember, I have been someone women turn to when they need a private, steady place to speak freely.

Women who lead carry extraordinary responsibility. You hold vision, make decisions, and create stability for others — often without a space where your own voice can rest. Over time, I have seen how even the most capable, accomplished women can feel unseen as they quietly shoulder the emotional weight of leadership.

That is why I created a confidential listening and emotional support space for women leaders — a space where you are not required to perform, explain, or stay strong. Here, you are met with presence, discretion, and understanding.

I believe that when listening is offered with grace, healing unfolds naturally. When a woman is truly heard, clarity returns. Peace follows. Strength is restored — not through effort, but through release.

This work is more than a service. It is a calling. Guided by faith, I hold each conversation with reverence, believing that every voice deserves gentleness and every heart deserves rest.

Here, you do not need to lead or carry anyone else. You are invited simply to arrive — to be present, to be seen, and to be held through listening.

Founder, Certified Active Listener, Empathy Circle Facilitator, Presenter, Speaker, Podcaster, and Certified Women's Entrepreneur

Professional Foundation

My work is grounded in both lived experience and intentional preparation. I hold an AAS, BA, and MA, Certified Active Listener Certification, Empathy Circle Facilitation Certification, and a Women’s Entrepreneurship Certification from Cornell University and Bank of America, reflecting years devoted to the study of communication, leadership, and human connection.

I am also an active member of the International Listening Association, where I continue to deepen my practice of listening as both a discipline and an art.

Because active listening is foundational to trust and clarity, I also work with nonprofits, organizations, and corporations through thoughtfully designed workshops and presentations — supporting leaders and teams in strengthening communication, presence, and understanding.

This professional foundation quietly supports the heart of my work: creating spaces where women leaders feel safe, respected, and deeply heard.

Michele Pringle is a long-time, devoted educator in the Chicopee public school system and is highly skilled in active listening. She received her active listening training from 7 Cups Academy and her Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Westfield State University.

- Jacqueline Mitchell, Jakoba Consulting, LLC

“All of my life, I have been the one to listen to others, even my name means listener. I didn't know what it was like to have someone just listen to me as I talked. And when I mean listen, I mean actively listen, not just listen to think about what they were going to say next. That is until I met Stacy. Not only did I feel like I could empty my heart to her, but I actually felt heard by her.

- Samantha Hatcher, Well Led Parenting

"Stacy is like a soul whisperer. She has an extraordinary gift of making you feel heard, understood, and supported. She not only listens, but truly connects and engages in a way that leaves you feeling emotionally replenished. Truly extraordinary!"
